This is a new non-leaking, pollution free sampler which is used for sampling for all kinds of toxic, corrosive, explosive and flammable samples under low pressure, high pressure or medium pressure from petrochemical process pipe.

Closed Loop or Closed type Sampling Systems enables operators to take our samples from running Gas Streams in Refineries and Petrochemicals complex. Sampling System make sure that sample is homogeneous and clean with its purging function.

The ability to purge the sample point ensures optimal retrieval of a representative gas sample. System purge configuration provides a system purge in addition to sampling in a sample cylinder. The sampler offers the ability to depressurise the quick release couplings before disconnecting the sample cylinder. This ensure sample accuracy, safety for the operator and zero emission.

Cylinder Configuration Sampling System

  Configuration: The container consists of a cylinder at both ends equipped with a needle valve and a quickconnect; the sampling loop consists of tubing, valves and fittings. Operating principle: When sampling, samples flow through the sample cylinder via the sampling loop, When sampling liquefied gases or strong volatile liquid, a fixed amount of gas is transferred to the expansion chamber or flare system, when the required volume of sample is taken, turn off the needle valve at both ends, allows the sampling loop to be depressurized, then disconnected the cylinder from the sampling system, the sampling process is complete. Applicable working condition High temperature, high pressure, corrosive, strong toxicity, strong volatile and dangerous liquid gas mixture or gas which is bane to the environment. Mounting type: Wall-mounted, support bracket, clamping slot, rail-style. 

Manual Continuous sample system is a closed loop liquid sampler that satisfies many sampling needs. This system will take emission free, representative samples of process while providing operator safety. Our patented valve design ensures zero dead volume throughout the sample valve assembly. Easy to install and operate, process pressure is used to dispense the sample into the sample bottle.

Principle of Operation Closed-loop gas sampling systems has been designed to take representative sample from theprocess. Using the special flow-through sample valve guarantees operator safety and zero deadvolume. The first step is purging the line with process by opening inlet and outlet valves. Flow-throughsample valve provides safe operation and avoids immediate pressure drop on the samplecylinder. Special quick connectors used in system capable to operate at deep vacuum to high pressureconditions, preventing the sample leakage
