AIPL Series Medium Production Planetary Ball Mill is a transitional testing equipment from the experimental end to the production end. It has the characteristics of full functions, high efficiency and low noise. It can four pots grinding and produce 4 sample materials at a time. The extremely high centrifugal forces of Planetary Ball Mills result in very high pulverization energy and therefore short grinding times. Suitable for all industries where the quality control process places the highest demands on purity, speed, fineness and reproducibility. This series of grinding mill can be equipped with vacuum jars, which can grind samples in a vacuum state. It is very suitable for research tasks such as scientific research institutions, universities, and corporate laboratories from the experimental end to the production end to verify the feasibility of mass production, as well as routine tasks such as mixing and homogenizing soft, hard, brittle or fibrous materials.

| Lossless size reduction to sub-micron range| Wet grinding produces particle sizes in the nanometer range (<100 nm)| Variable speed from 10 to 800 rpm, speed ratio 1:2| Batch processing of 2-20kg samples, 4 samples can be processed at the same time| Oil seal silent invention patent design, low noise and longer service life(Patent number: CN 2016 2 0215835.8; Patent number: ZL 2014 2 0375569.3)| Can store 3 modes and 15 plans| Power-off protection memory self-start function| Can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, and atmosphere-protected grinding| The machine stops when the lid is opened, and the self-acting lock prevents loosening, ensuring safety.| Equipped with rollers and swivel feet, it is easy to use the rollers when transporting and moving, and the swivel foot bracket will not move during operation.• The grinding jar is eccentrically located on the sun wheel of the planetary ball mill.
The sun wheel movesin the opposite direction of the grinding jar in a ratio of 1:2, and the grinding balls in the grinding jar aresubjected to a superimposed rotational motion, the so-calledCoriolis force.• The speed difference between the balls and the grinding jars creates an interaction between friction and impact forces, which releases high dynamic energy.
